How and when amazon relay pays you?
Amazon Relay simplifies your billing process by issuing a single, consolidated invoice every Tuesday. Work completed during the current workweek (from Sunday at 12:00 AM to Saturday at 11:59 PM) will be invoiced the following Tuesday, with payment deposited directly into your bank account by Friday.
For instance, if your drivers complete work from Sunday, January 2, to Saturday, January 8, the invoice will be generated on Tuesday, January 11, and the payment will arrive in your company’s bank account on Friday, January 14.

How does Amazon use my company’s Relay Performance Score?
A company’s Relay Performance Score determines its eligibility to: • Access additional Blocks or loads
• Obtain early load board access (booking loads before other carriers can)
• Secure and prioritize contract opportunities Carriers with higher performance scores are prioritized for work assignments and receive earlier access to loads. The performance score is based on the lowest rating across the four metrics. For instance, if a company’s on-time score is 90%, app usage is 95%, acceptance is 98%, and disruption-free performance is 92%, the overall score will be 90%.

How is my company's Relay performance measured?
Driver support is available 24/7 to ensure seamless operations, assisting with load management, dispute resolution, rerouting, and handling emergencies.

A company’s Performance Score is based on the lowest score across four metrics, calculated over the past six active weeks:
• On-Time Performance • Acceptance Rate • Disruption-Free Operations • App Usage
For example, if a company’s On-Time Score is 90%, App Usage is 95%, Acceptance Rate is 98%, and Disruption-Free Score is 92%, the Performance Score will be 90%.
A Performance Score is assigned only after the company has completed at least 10 loads in the last six weeks. An “active week” includes any week in which the company has accepted or rejected at least one load.

Do I need my own trucking authority to partner with Amazon Relay Dispatch?
Yes, to work with Amazon Relay Dispatch, you must have your own trucking authority, active MC/DOT numbers, and comply with Amazon’s insurance requirements.

Do i need to setup with UIIA?
Yes intermodal carriers that handle containers needs to set up with Amazon Relay and UIIA (Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement), you must first ensure your motor carrier has an active US DOT and Motor Carrier Operating Authority. You can then begin the application by signing in with your existing Amazon account to start the Relay application process. It’s essential to follow the specific instructions provided in Amazon’s guidelines and double-check all requirements for accuracy.
